What the hell is wrong with people?? I know many people call me overprotective when it comes to the kind of mother I am. MaKenna is almost 3 and I just recently started letting her go places without her daddy or me. For almost 3 years, I did very few things without MaKenna by my side...and aside from a funeral, tattoo appt & maybe having my nails done a couple times, I spent all my time with her. I did not choose to bring children into this world so I could pawn them off. I am not a stay-at-home mother so that I can have others watch my babies so I can have alone time. The little Bremerton girl last week, and this story now (this guys victims range from ages THREE to 13) are great examples of why I prefer to keep my children in my presence! Its not that I dont trust anyone else with them...but I know if theyre with ME, I know EXACTLY whats going on and i know if theyre happy, being treated nicely, etc. etc. Its not just the fear of creeps like this guy, but I cant help but always keep my guard up!
