What these people do will only be treated as crime if we the people make it happen. Criminal is not a factual description of what a person has done in our USA. It is a category defined largely by race, class, social network and ability to conform with unspoken standards. These bankers, polluters and propagators of illegal war can commit crimes blatantly and ceaselessly without becoming criminals. A Black boy can throw a water balloon or look wrong at someone and be put in the prison pipeline. We must learn to act against what actually harms us, not what we trained to fear.
