What this nation and other need now is another Nuremberg Trial series focusing on the perpetrators of the most horrific war crimes since WW II and the invasion of Poland and the Low Countries by Adolph Hitler. The people charged are, at the top: George W. Bush, crimes against humanity and war crimes; Dick Cheney, crimes against humanity, war crimes, profiteering from war crimes. The list goes on, of course, because many other were equally guilty including people like Tony Blair of England. "We now live in a country where someone who exposes war crimes can be sentenced to life even if not found guilty of aiding the enemy, while those responsible for the war crimes remain free. If the government equates being a whistleblower with espionage or aiding the enemy, what is the future of journalism in this country? What is the future of the First Amendment?"
