What this town needs is a stink ordinance. At least twice a year our Neighbor With Too Much Money has a team of Mexican guys cover her yard with mulch. Stinky, putrid, foul-smelling mulch. It makes your eyes and nasal passages water. You cant sit outside on your own patio or even walk to your car without gagging. I think they get it from behind the Humane Society building -- theres the distinct reek of cat piss in it. Godz.
