What to do with that leftover bit of wine when bottling? A constant conundrum for the home winemaker. Here at the Paradoxx Winery, we usually blend similar wine and call it a suicide wine (no idea why). Last night we opened a bottle that was mostly Pinot Noir and either Valpociello or Barolo (all from large kits). Im thinking that it is Pinot and Valpo. Either way, it is mighty tasty... I wouldnt mind another bottle. Wine is good.
