What type of sacrifices would you make for your bulldog? Moving a long distance and flying is easier on you. Do you decide to instead drive the distance or give up your bulldog? You meet the love of your life and they dont see your bulldog with the same loving eyes are you do ( or did ). Its them or the bulldog? Youre blessed with a real human baby and your first baby - the bulldog stand in takes up more time that you can spare now. Human babies are demanding on time and wear you out. Give up the bulldog because its easier to do and rationalize the human baby is far-far more important now? Fashions change, lives styles change - out with the old and in with the new is your moto. Your same bulldog that youve had for X plus years now isnt as cute, not as much fun and in fact becoming an expensive bother to have to deal with. Another puppy would be cute and after all, youre a changed person since you got this last model of pet. Donate it to a charity ( ie rescue) - it worked for your bellbottoms, roller blades and puka beads. After you give up the dog ( or pet) - Do you think about it anymore, do you worry or check in? Do you see if help is needed to keep the pet safe even after you gave it up? Or do you think its just someone elses problem now? All we ask is if youre going to consider a bulldog or any pet, that you so some deep soul searching before you do so. Because a life is depending on you..
