What types of cable television-related services do Virginia Beach citizens need or want in the coming years? That’s what we want your help to determine. The city has begun the process of renewing its cable television franchise with Cox Communications. As part of the process, the city can negotiate certain conditions of the franchise on behalf of its citizens. For example, in the current cable franchise with Cox, the city negotiated for cable drops in all public buildings, including schools.
