What was your workout today?? Mine....my favorite, leg day and body weight exercise!!! First superset 3x10 squats @225lbs 3x10 explosive squat jumps, 3x10 narrow grip pull ups, 3x40 push ups. 2min recover between sets. Go hard, careful of your form for the squats, knees to 90degrees, weight in heals, chest n chin up, and always be explosive on the drive phase. Tshirt by yosemite, shorts by Barrys, ass by Chris.
