What we call habitual thinking is actually mental behavior - what we call habitual feeling we call emotional behavior -> when mental behavior becomes stinkin thinkin and emotional behavior becomes self-distortion - and both continue infecting each other in negative ways - then cant you see how utterly ridiculous it is to think the way out of these issues is with physical behavior solutions like a diet and training program??? If you struggle with food, eating, body-weight or body-image issues -> chances are its your mental and emotional behaviors that need exercise, nutrition, and tweaking. Diets dont solve these things and neither do training programs. So why do you continue to look only to these places - why do you continue that merry-go-round existence? No wonder you continue to struggle! Real Coaching targets Coaching where you need it most, and often that is NOT where the industry wants to direct you!
