What we sow, so we reap. These idiotic westerners are so very good at making a mountain of a molehill. They choose their words so very carefully that we tend to get an impression as if the world is ending or the humanity is near extinction. After all, its not all that bad nor is it going to be that bad in the future too. What irritates me the most about these videos is the general lifestyle of the west is as such isolated where people dont readily speak to unknown. Personal touch is an alien thing for them. Hence, may be, the social networking has added up to their woes. Now, all of a sudden, I dont know what warranted this idiot in the video to exaggerate things to suggest as if the sky has fallen on his head. Our lives were great before these social networking things and it continues to be great with it too. On the contrary, it has made many things better but again it depends on how we take things. Facebook has taught me how to get along with strangers, how to manage with people who have a totally different point of view, it has taught me how not to react to people who are abusive, how to ignore people who just consume our energy and leave us emotionally drained and many more things. I have many friends who dont have Facebook account and I see it as absolutely normal too. I have met so many great friends here and some worst ones too but that happens in our personal lives also where we get into both these kinds of people. If we consider these things as burden, then life in itself is a burden but arent we living with it? Having said that, there are bound to be some negatives too but when we weigh in the pros and cons, I personally feel that we have more to gain than lose. One may differ with some points of my view or may be the entire view itself but thats ok. After all, whats the fun without differences. :)
