What would you do in this situation? SUSHI SUSHI SOUTHLAND - TopicsExpress

What would you do in this situation? SUSHI SUSHI SOUTHLAND bottom food court (near ALDI). Biting into the sushi-roll I bought at 5:00, I immediately realised it was off. Tasting the overly mushy & smelly avocado I rushed for a napkin to spit it straight out. I returned it to a staff member, politely asked for a different roll & requested him to throw the last three avocado rolls in the bin & not sell them. Returning to my seat, I then bit down on my new vegetarian roll, to find there were also a slither of off avocado in this roll too. Almost regurgitating, I again had to spit it out. I went back to say that this roll was also past its use by. The female staff member then had a terrible attitude & threw her metal tongs down into the fridge making a loud bang. The staff & Manager refused to accept responsibly for serving contaminated food, refusing to throw the last three avocado sushi rolls in the bin, using every excuse under the sun - we use different avocado, its different sushi to what you buy in supermarket, its fresh, today etc. After wasting over 10 minutes of our time pleading with them to throw the off food out so that none of their customers get sick, we learnt we were fighting a lost cause. My tummy blew up within 15 minutes. Feeling sore & extremely bloated, Im now worried about food poisoning. We are furious & disgusted that a company can willingly sell off produce to their customers in order of making a measly $7.50. What are your thoughts??? #sushisushi #morals #nameandshame #foodpoisoning
