Whatever. Its a shame we waste money on crap like this. Obama has issued far fewer executive orders than most Presidents. Surely much fewer than his predecessor. It will be interesting to see whether the courts even allow them standing on this suit. Doing so will allow it for a theoretical future Republican President. Given that people actually hate Republican policies, their policies can only be enacted through executive order. The courts are surely heavily conservative, but they are wise enough to see the future. Stopping Obama now means stopping conservatism forever. But the lawsuit is a good ploy. Boehner can float it to highlight his conservative credentials, have it knocked down by a conservative court, and then claim that the liberal courts have overreached. You may not be able to fool all the people all the time, but you can always fool Republican voters when FOX News is all they see.
