Whatever you do, always track your progress. If you are getting ahead, even when you are going "step-by-step", little steps are taking you to make BIG steps. Especially, in the long term. And whenever you get stuck, just take a day off, or even two... During that time go out for a walk. Maybe attend some dancing classes... maybe salsa? Oh yeah, salsa is damn hot. Or go to the cinema for a good movie, or at gym, or just go for a little run. Always keep moving. When the body keeps moving, it produces the ability of "clear-thinking". And "clear-thinking" leads to clarity. And then you can come back to your little steps towards your goals, keep pressing on and keep getting ahead. Are we clear? Good!
