Whats Up, Tiger Lily? (1966) - When the recipe for the worlds best egg salad is stolen, secret agent Phil Moscowitz must find it. Facing danger at every turn, can Phil find the recipe and survive? Woody Allen took a Japanese secret agent film, threw out the audio track, and then dubbed in his own dialogue. What you get is a mixture of inane silliness and over-the-top humor. Some of the scenes are hilarious, some are dumb, and many are lacking in cultural sensitivity. This movie may be hit and miss, but it is more hit than miss. I recommend this film.
