Whats a mom to do? Most of you know Bry has had issues with being bullied for years. 2 yrs ago he punched one in Natalia and it stopped. Well hes had some issues at Wood. Yesterday a group of punks decided to grab a random binder from a stack and start kicking and throwing it. Completely tore it up. Well, it was Brys. Him and his friends confronted the boys and told them to stop. One of them was being an asshole and then told Bry suck my d@$k. Bry told the principal but didnt follow through on putting it in writing. Today he confronted the boy in class and the kid just laughed and said yes it was him. His smug attitude (Brys words) pissed him off. So they were walking out of class, Bry called his name, then cold cocked him. The principal said the kid Just flew. Possibly broke his nose. This is what I told the principal: I DO NOT advocate violence. My kids DO NOT want to hit someone, they all say they dont want to hurt anyone. This kid had It coming. He may not have had a lot of problems with this kid, but Bry was just fed up and snapped. The straw that broke the camels back. My boys rarely even hit each other and everyone knows how brothers fight. Now Bry is in trouble because he has made no formal complaint about this child. He is in ISS for 3 days, possibly alternative school and the kids parents have 2 yrs to file chargers of assault with bodily injury not to mention if his nose is broke they can come after us for medical bills. Bry is honestly remorseful (not for hitting him) for hurting him that bad. Whenever he tells me about someone picking on him, I ask did you hit him No, I dont want to hurt someone did you tell the teacher yes but she said just ignore them. I DO advocate my kids stand up for themselves. Being the good mom That I am(lol) I talked to him and explained that he has to man-up and take responsibility for his actions and accept his punishment at school because he knows what he did broke the school rules. But no, hes not in trouble at home.
