Whats been missing? For many of us, over the past few years, weve been slowly been caught up in the distractions of life. Kids, careers, mortgages, bills, politics, cultural shifts, doctrinal stances, electronic advances and even social media! If were real honest with ourselves there has been something missing. Even in our spiritual life something has been missing. Yes, we pray, we go to church, we serve, we sing and praise and worship but it hasnt been the same as it was a few years back. The Lord revealed and confirmed to me that 2015 is a year of Restoration, Renewal and Refreshing. I told my wife what the Lord had revealed to me and I said I didnt feel like I had lost anything to restore, renew or refresh. That we are in the best position of life that we had ever been. We have great income, great new home, great new city, great health, great family life. She said something so powerful. She said maybe its not something physical. Maybe its your Fire, your Joy and your Zeal! and it hit me like a ton of bricks! THATS IT! Thats whats Missing for me, for the Body of Christ! That old Fire, Joy and Zeal that we had just a few years ago! I tried to stir up the Fire once again by doing what I knew to do, read the bible, pray and worship. but I was trying with this new mindset With the new mindset that these distractions have created in me and it wasnt working. I would take 2 steps forward and 3 steps back. But this morning the Lord put on my heart to go back, way back, to the way I used to be BEFORE the distractions had taken over. He put this CD on my heart and I listened to it in its entirety and immediately I was taken back to the GREATEST Time in my life. Back to a time when I would praise God with ALL MY Heart and Soul! When I sincerely loved Jesus and the Holy Spirit controlled my mind, my thinking and my life. After going back to the basics and listening to this CD and Praising and Worshiping God and our Lord with ALL MY Heart again, I was taken back in my heart! To the intimacy that the Lord and I shared. To the Joy I had just being with Him and my heart melted and softened. The bondages that this world had imparted into my mind have been lifted. The JOY was Restored, The Fire has been Renewed and The Zeal has been Refreshed!! 2015 IS A Year of Restoration, Renewal and Refreshing, not in the physical, but in the Spiritual! There is a commercial on TV now where Matthew McConaughey says sometimes you have to go back, to see where you came from and where youre going. Now I know what the Lord is saying to me, to US ALL!! Take the Time to go back, back to where we were BEFORE all these distractions entered our hearts and minds and JUST PRAISE HIM WITH ALL YOUR HEART AND MIND AND SOUL!! HE WANTS TO RESTORE, RENEW AND REFRESH HIMSELF IN OUR LIVES ONCE AGAIN AND RETURN OUR FIRE, ZEAL AND JOY!!! I Highly encourage to use this link to get started!!
