Whats everyone having for breakfast?? (322 calories burned in 45 minutes with a total distance of 3.3 miles)-I wasnt feeling well and was running late. Breakfast: V8 Diet Splash, 10 cals, 1g of sugar, 15g sodium. Two eggs 150 calories, banana peppers and green peppers, 48 calories.. Salsa, 15 calories. And finally, Oikos strawberry Greek yogurt, 160 calories. So my breakfast has totaled 383 calories and is delicious. #TSweightlossjourney
