Whats everyone training today? I trained chest and this is what my workout looked like... Give it a go guys and tell me what you think!! BENCH PRESS 10 sets of 8 to 12 reps DUMBBELL PRESS 5 sets of 6 to 10 reps CABLE FLYES 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps PUSH UPS 5 sets to failure When trying to grow I find what works best for me is that I base majority of my workout around compound movements like Bench press and Dumbbell press. Compound movements are the exercises that will make you grow whereas flyes and isolation exercises bring more detail to the muscle. Its good to do a mixture both and no two workouts should ever be the same. Mix it up and be creative!! Have a good day everyone :)
