Whats in my mind.......... I was going through the biodata of Dr. Mahendra P Lama, and it was awesome, specially his academic part was brilliant. [ at least for me, b’cos, it was a herculean task for me just to pass my graduation. So, higher studies were not my cup of tea] And when I read his second part of the biodata it was more brilliant and amazing. (of course for me). I have never read such an illustrious biodata of any Nepali/Gorkhali from Darjeeling Hills, except Dr. M.K.Chettri (Cardiologist), but I am not sure whether he is from Darjeeling or not. Anyway...... Even for an idiot ass like me, I could make out that most of the Posts ( I am saying most of the, not all.) held by Dr. Lama was I think “is a politically appointed/ backed-up posts” which implies only one thing that, he is liked by some leaders & their political parties. It also implies that he has got a very good reputation, relations & communications with them. Now, in to days World, thats an ASSET, not liability. And every body in this world knows how to use their ASSET wisely, at the right time, at the right place. (expect us). Who knows, there might be hundred of other Dr. Lamas who could be our great Assets. It’s a high time now, that our so called leaders should realize this & search for more Dr. Lama’s and use their expertise, contacts & positive virtues. Till something hammers in my silly mind.....
