Whats more important, breathing, or your front squat?! Some inspirational (and joking) words from Kacie this morning when I asked if the bar should be pressing into my throat as I worked on front squat. The move felt solid, and I definitely will be increasing in weight next time! (Also, this video made me realize that I need a new Kulshan CrossFit t-shirt. Thats the thing about losing weight - you get smaller, but you have to keep buying new clothes!) Sweat on!
