Whats on my mind is..... 2 school districts have lost their accreditation, Who is going to be held accountable??? Tax payers paid the superintendants of these schools Riverview -$170,000.00 , Normandy- $180,000.00 (is it me.. or does this seem a little much for taxpayers to be paying an employee) to run these schools innefeciently... And thats just the super... what about the rest of the schoold board officials.. How much do they get paid to NOT do their jobs.... It seems utterly rediculous to me that the median wage in these communities is under 50K pr year and these Administrators are MAKING BANK! The problem is NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! I was talking with a Mother of a student in Hazelwood Schools who said she thought Hazelwood School District is on the bubble to lose their accreditation as well... And to top it off.... Now taxpayers are going to foot the bill to bus students to other school districts...... I say they take the cost of bussing students to other school districts strait from the pocket of the people in charge of these school districts..... Time for a pay cut....
