Whats something funny you told someone you would do basically just to humor them; but you never had any intention of actually doing? 1. My neighbors daughter was telling me about some government conspiracy crap I should read up on. Gave me the website and everything. I dont think anything ever made file 13 quicker than that little piece of paper once I went back inside the house. I dont know why, but I laugh about that every time I see her out front. 2. Told the ex girlfriend (while we were still together) yes when she suggested we read the same stuff. Unless she plans on reading about electrical systems and diesel engines... pretty sure thats not going to happen. Also told her Id watch some of her favorite movies some time with her basically so shed stop asking me about it. 3. I used to give out fake phone numbers pretty regularly before the age of everybody having a smartphone and/or social media they could stalk you on immediately. Now, I just have to be a jerk to them to get them to take a hint. 4. Told somebody Id look into their gym basically so theyd shut up about it. 5. Told an annoying driver Id turn his road speed governor up while I had my computer hooked up to it so hed go up to the drivers lounge and leave me alone. Why is this funny? Because it would be technically illegal for me to actually do that for him and I just pictured him hitting the road, hammering down on the accelerator thinking hes going to hit 90mph and still being bogged down to 62mph. 6. Told a friend I *might* go out and meet his single friend some time. One: so hed shut up about her. Two: so hed stop dropping not-so-subtle hints about it. Three: because I already looked her up on Facebook. Shouldnt have name-dropped, bruh. ... but other than that, Im a nice guy. Now, your turn.
