Whats the best diet? Paleo? Vegan? Adkins? low fat/low sugar? Read on and Ill tell you . . . It Might very well be all/any of them. Often times, diets are a trial & error approach when it should be a tailored solution based on your unique biochemistry, genetics, hormones, emotional state, oxidation rate, and personality. Why has health declined and disease risen in the US despite major medical advances? Perhaps because doctors and dietitians are treating symptoms with standardized remedies and not the root cause. For example, a diabetic controls blood sugar with a low glycemic diet. Thats good to a point however the focus needs to be on the raw materials to repair, heal tissue and provide fuel efficiently. We are all unique externally as we are internally. Some of us burn food quickly, others slowly. Some of us are hyper and others calm. There are food combinations that bring about balance.
