Whats the difference between an Insight and a thought? - Insight and Thought both are mental space arising into a words/sentence along with an image sometimes but the major difference is that Insight comes very rarely and that too out of nowhere bringing some/major change in how we look at the world hence at ourselves ,whereas, thought is more like mental chatter most of which is just refined version of old concept however sometimes useful or harmful if we decide to go along with it.
