Whats the objectives of one govt own company want to be privatisation and deregulation of the market? With competition and customer demands, it forces to control efficiency including cost control and culture of the organisation. => Resources: After privatisation, the organisation will need to seek finance to expand operation, so the management need to seek the best ways improve the conditions (Growth prospect) of the company with avoid risk as much as possible.
