Whats your trouble area?? I have been blessed with thick thighs. Whenever I gain weight- it first goes to my thighs. I used to think thats just the way they are and I have no control over their size. Wrong!! I can control my eating and focus on strength training moves that tone my quads, hamstrings, butt, and inner/outer thighs. By doing this, I can significantly trim them down to a more manageable-fit in jeans-size!! Heres a few examples of exercises that really help my trouble areas!!
