What’s on the menu at the EC Dining Hall? *Breakfast * The Entrée Station will feature Biscuit, Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, Turkey Sausage, Boiled Eggs, Sausage Links, Waffles, Grits, and Breakfast Potato Casserole. Be sure to enjoy the Banana Bread and Breakfast Bars as well. *Lunch * The Entrée Station will feature Squash, Zucchini, Peppers and Onions, Dinner Roll, Broccolini, Salisbury Steak with Onion Gravy, Mashed Potatoes. The Action Station will feature Fried Rice, and Egg Rolls. The Italian Station will feature Pasta with all your favorite sauces. Salads and Sandwiches will be served as well. Be sure to finish your meal with one of our delicious desserts! *Dinner * The Entrée Station will feature Lemon Oregano Chicken Paillards, Roasted Root Vegetables, Rice Pilaf with Tomatoes, Falafel with Cucumber Yogurt Sauce, and Sautéed Spinach. The Action station will feature Omelet Bar. The Italian Station will feature Pasta with all your favorite sauces. Salads and Sandwiches will be served as well.
