Please carefully examine your wheat crop seedlings ☺... if central shoot & side leaf whorl is dried or yellowed (dead hearts) ...then please do not confuse it with nitrogen deficiency or abiotic stress☺ ... just split open the stem and see inside the stem near bottom end below soil level ☺... a healthy pink larava will say you good morning ☺ ....there is a wide spread attack of Pink Stem Borer (PSB) in almost every field .... ☺ I have personally observed it in Lahore , Sheikhupura, Sahiwal, Okara, Depalpur, Mian Chanu, Khanewal, Pakpatan, Arifwala, Haveli Lakha, Basir Pur etc ☺ Me & my team have conducted urgent & special trials for best control of PSB... i will share detailed photos and its perfect solution tonight or tomorrow ... inshaa Allah Dr.Sajjad Chaudhary.☺ 24.11.2014.
