When Bubba and Daddy got to Little Rock the doctors took him off the steroids and ventilator so he would try to wake up so theyd better understand what was going on...He still sleeps alot but does wake up enough to move a little and tries to talk..up til now it was just a grunt..they took him to have a sonogram of his kidneys, when he came out he looked at Daddy and said Momma. Daddy couldnt wait to call and tell me because those were his last words here at home, was Momma. I miss them so much. All the doctors are in agreement that there will not be anymore surgeries to his head (until a year has passed and his flap is completely healed then a skull plate will be placed) instead of having him on Hospice, they will just turn his care back to Dr. Johnson here, in the future he feels its time for Hospice then well cross that bridge. Daddy just called and the kidney doctor came in and said Bubbas kidneys were starting to get bad but they caught it in time and they will heal. The drip antibiotic Vancomycin that we were giving him twice a day caused it. I am so thankful they found it in time before he had kidney failure. I want my baby to come home, I miss him, that will probably be Monday. I love each and everyone, You have been my Strength, a source of Peace that Our Heavenly Father gave me through You, even an occasional giggle :-D I believe that came from Him too..Look around, He has to have a sense of humor ;-)
