When #Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg posted about the NSA and - TopicsExpress

When #Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg posted about the NSA and reached out to President Obama many criticized the data collection of Facebook users but thats not what we are talking about here, we are talking about weakening the security of the internet, putting people at risk and no one organization, government or otherwise should hold that power. Whenever you go on a webpage information is gathered, whether its Google or Bing search, shopping sites or social media, its about learning the patterns of users in order to advertise to them more effectively, bottom line, no candy coating but what the NSA is doing is a definite violation of privacy but more importantly it could very well weaken the security of the internet putting more internet users at risk for cyber attacks. I thought it was important to post my view on this topic as I saw the digs being thrown at Facebook for their gathering of information and this situation has nothing to do with that, it has to do with YOUR internet safety. MegaHoot values the privacy of our members as other major social media/Internet companies do, what every company has in common is this, the security of members/users information is priority and encryption is at the forefront. I get that the NSA is looking to protect the USA but this doesnt look like its protecting at all. MY opinions are my own!
