When I am traveling to any place to source tea, it is very important for me to visit the local market. Seeing and tasting the local vegetables, fruits or herbs, we understand their quality of food. If the food material I tasted in the local market gives less after taste, it is the sign that modern agriculture is practiced in their village. Naturally the taste of the tea produced by them will be more or less the same.
