When I announced my decision to return to Chicago the other day, I didnt realize there were also a lot of you who didnt know of the breakup. Since then, Ive received many private messages offering to match me up with eligible ladies. Its still a little too soon for me to get back in the dating game, but I am flattered by your kind gestures. I will eventually get back to dating, but right now I am using this downtime to pursue projects that fell by the wayside over the last year-and-a-half; get reacquainted with old hobbies; and do some other things I didnt have time for before. In fact, one of my proudest accomplishments - starting Analysights and making it a successful consulting firm - happened after an earlier breakup, in 2008. I also like to use times like these to rethink what I want in my relationships, assess what works and doesnt work, and think about what I could have done better, so that the next relationship will be the one - or closer to it than the last! Thank you all for your support and care for me during this time. Its nice to know how loved and blessed I am.
