When I changed my profile picture the other day, I didnt expect such a response from you guys. Since then, I feel like I really need to share something. This photo, this moment, is just a tiny piece of what Crossfit is about. Yes, its an insanely difficult exercise regimen, yes there are days I leave the gym defeated, BUT it is also the most rewarding program I have ever been a part of. This moment wouldnt have happened without the CrossFit Regeneration Southwest community. It wouldnt have happened without Chad TheBeast Alvey getting on me about my form, or without Tracy Fey telling me to just pick it up! It wouldnt have happened without the encouragement from all the other coaches and fellow athletes who sweat and groan with me week in and week out. In the eight short months since I began this journey, I have gone farther, faster, and lifted more than I thought I ever could. So, when you say, Crossfit is too expensive, or I dont have the time, or Ill be the weakest one there, I want you to look at this photo.This moment. And ask yourself, Am I ready for my moment?
