When I coached...I expected my players to be respectful, and I treated them with respect! I always preached that Family came first...then School...then Football. When I was coaching I never had any indication that I was not like the parents and/or players. I didnt allow bullying on the field, and expected the players to be a team. I have recently been notified that there are those whom I have coached in the past who were not happy with my coaching style. I have given to Bosco system and expected nothing in return. I am officially with drawing from any and all Bosco System volunteer activities at this time. Apparently this will please a large number of you. That is fine with me. My conscience is clear. Time to move on.
