When I first considered working here at Summa, I was under the mistaken impression that I was getting into a secondary level test prep business. Little did I realize that while Summa did have a basis in test preparations, the enveloping emphasis was on instructors to engage the students in a conceptually holistic approach to learning. I quickly discovered that my new colleagues were all uniquely substantial, charisma-rich and possessors of hyper-educated, and very funny, minds. I found that the spirit of enrichment that pervades each instructors lessons -- this Summa Spark -- was, and continues to be, extremely invigorating for both instructors and students.
