When I first started to produce music back in 2008, my main focus was writing tracks aimed squarely at the dance-floor. All I wanted to do was make high-energy, peak-time techno, but now, after more than five years have passed and my musical preferences have mellowed considerably, I find myself increasingly interested in venturing into new sonic territory; whether it be funk, dub, reggae, hip-hop or most likely something in-between. Here is an example of this other facet of my musical personality; two heavily dub infused tunes, a little gritty and rough around the edges but warm and hopefully easy on the ears.
