When I go to the KLZ transmitter site, I always leave the live stick gate open (except if I go at night), and close it behind me when I leave. Today, as always, I left it open. While working, I noticed an SUV pull in and start throw bags of trash from the back of the SUV, on the ground and start to untie an mattress that was strapped to the roof. I drove up to the gate and blocked it with my truck, so they could not get out, and walked down to them. Apparently, the sight of a skinny, shirtless, dirty, hippy, is intimidating. The guy who was the passenger started screaming, someones coming, someones coming!. Then he very literally ran away and left the driver alone. The driver started apologizing. Im so sorry. I dont know what I was thinking. He even, at one point, told me it was an accident... I told him to get his trash back in his vehicle and I would unblock the gate and let him leave. I also told him that next time I would call the police. So... I guess Ill start closing the gate behind me when I go out to KLZ to work.
