When I got here this morning he was alert and telling the nurses a story....imagine that! They all know the outcome of the Oak Grove game! A pretty exciting win last night and he was glad he got to see the very end. Since he is on blood thinner, they are trying to thicken his blood before surgery, so that will determine if it is today or tomorrow. He is on some strong pain medication, but all in all he is doing ok. Hungry but not allowed to eat or drink in case they do surgery today! Already read the paper and checked out all of the scores.
