When I grow up I will be a director- of a public institution of course. Ill be paid GHC7,500 a month ...and enjoy sitting allowances higher than the salaries of most of my employees and still watch the company go down the drain When I grow up Ill get a PhD and throw my weight about. My title alone will open doors for me. I wouldnt have to open my mouth or lift a finger When I grow up, I will be a professor I will harass as many females who need my help. The people they could report to will need my assistance someday, anyway. Theyll say: hes one of the few specialists we have in this area. I will be a national asset! When I grow up I will be a foot soldier Ill have all the impudence when my party comes into power. They will protect me. After all theyll need my truancy during the next election When I grow up I will be a civil servant Nobody will monitor my work. I could break all work ethics and never get fired When I grow up I will be a pastor- Gods spokesman. Ill make so much noise about the slightest good I do. The content of my work will depend on the soli My best works will receive the best kick backs and political recognition When I grow up I will be a policeman Anytime a civilian needs help will be pay day Drivers will be my best friends with the new spot- fine system.
