When I learn something that is life changing for me as an act of love I must share it with my friends and loved ones in the hope that if one other persons life is changed them thats massive cause that the legacy I would like to leave behind if someone says what did she do with her life , the answer would be life changer .becomjng aware if my mortality made me reflect on that but I digress , this was our MSG or lesson in church today .Isiah 43 18-19 says , Do not remember the former things , not consider the things of old .Behold I will do a new thing , now it shall spring forth shall you not know it ? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert .For a looooonnnng time I kept on looking back , wasting my sweet and precious time on trying to understand my behaviour for fear I would repeat the same mistakes or worse .God says do not remember the things of the past or contemplate , to contemplate is to think on , attempt to understand .Today I realise Ive wasted so much time and will not do so for a day longer , he will do a new thing ! To go to the next level we have to let go if the past and embrace the new , further he says I will make a road in the wilderness , the meaning of wilderness is previously uninhabited terrain , God is wanting to give us the blue print if getting to new terrain but we have to let go of the past and a river in the desert , a desert is a dry often barren place but God says he will make a river there for us .Wow ! So even if the situation looks dry dead and not doable , God will cause rivers to flow in it ! Water brings life , abundance .So from now on I will look forward , theres nothing for me in the past , I am free it has no more hold on me , no shame , no guilt , no trying to make up for things I didnt know any better of .I hope someone else finds this as freeing as I did , much love my Fb family
