When I saw The J. Geils Band on their Freeze Frame tour in 1982, an up and coming Irish band called U2, on their second album October, was the opening act. Wow! What a show! Gloria was the track played a lot on MTV in the early days and on college radio... Bono and Adam Clayton are only 21 in this video. The Edge and Larry Mullen, Jr., barely 20... They were fantastic in concert, but I really had no idea they would later become one of the worlds greatest rock bands...
