When I started the gratitude post I had no idea how challenging it would become after only 2 weeks ... Today is particular difficult as the news of a friend, colleague and loving family man who decided it was the end of the road for him arrived. The shock, disbelieve and outpouring grief is overwhelming ... The depth of the human spirit to reach out and hold on to each other in this trying time is something to be grateful for
