When I was 13 years old I thought it was cool to smoke. 28 years later I am starting to form a new opinion. I have been a slave to these things for way too long and its time to give them up. I could really use some support in this fight I am up against, I am aware that I have to get rid of certain things, habits, that I would associate with smoking. I have an e-cig, toothpicks, lollipops, and complete determination to be rid of this horrible habit. I am tired of hiding from my daughter to have a smoke, and eventually she is going to catch me and smoking is the last thing I want her to do. I have also hidden it from some other family of mine and I hope they dont think different of me. As of right now I am at 17 hrs and 37 mins without a smoke and man am I grumpy. : )
