When I was a child, I was allowed to go outside and play until the streetlights came on! Anybody remember that? There had to be 20 to 25 us kids, running, jumping, laughing, playing, singing and just having the greatest time of our lives outside! And just about the time the street light came on, every parent in our neighborhood would come out on the front porch and call their children by name! Can you imagine 20 to 25 parent calling their childrens name at same time? But...do you know I was always able to recognize my Mothers voice over the other parents voices! Why? Because I had a relationship with my Mother! Each day, I was growing to learn more and more about Momma! And this is how it is with our Heavenly Father! There are going to be many voices in this world that we will hear, but we, as Children of God, must be able to discern and recognize and know when our Heavenly Father is speaking to us, when our flesh is speaking, when the world is speaking to us and especially when the devil is speaking to us. Are you able to recognize our Heavenly Fathers voice when He is speaking! To be able to know and recognize our Heavenly Fathers voice requires relationship! How your relationship with the Father?
