When I was a kid I was strongly influenced by stories told by my parents about the places they had visited. Especially Hong Kong and Rio de Janeiro got stuck on my mind and have ever since been places I dreamed about going. Time passes and one becomes older. I have been trying to keep up with pace and I have managed to visit 42 countries at the age of 25, the cities of Hong Kong and Rio de Janeiro have both been ticked off a few times around and I feel blessed for the opportunity to do the one thing I love the most – travelling. Sunday morning and I am at the gate about to board to Chicago O’Hare. Thinking about the upcoming 24hrs in the Windy City also brings a big smile to my face. Good food, beautiful views, quality time with my mom and a little bit of ‘Merica. Life is beautiful if you remember to smile every now and then. Don’t forget to treat others they way you want them to treat you and remember to enjoy the ride, who knows what the world has scheduled for you tomorrow. Don’t look back, but don’t wait for the future to take you where you want to go, action speaks louder than words. #YOLO
