When I was actively losing weight (right now I am actively trying; losing is another story), my weigh-in day was always either Friday or Saturday morning. This gave me an excuse to go nuts on the weekend. I am considering changing it to Monday morning (EEEK WHAT) to coincide with the beginning of the weeks workout schedule. Do you have a weigh-in day? Is there any reason for that particular day?
