When I was in college I remember seeing something eerily similar to this on the back roads to Hempstead. I actually pulled over just like these people did because the site is so awe inspiring that you cant drive and look. The only difference between their film and what I witnessed is that it was night time and the charges turned purple, green, red, yellow,orange. I asked around for a few years about this colorful storm cloud formation and no one could help. Of course, I was told that I must have imagined the whole thing. How happy I was to see this recording. #boutdayumtime
