When I was just starting out as a musician, I got no breaks and everything was horribly over priced for me (or so I thought). Music videos were quoted at $300-500, studio time was $40 an hour PLUS costs for mixing and mastering. Photo design packages were starting at $199. Everything just seemed to be too expensive with no real opportunity. Now that Ive grown into a self sustaining musician who does this all myself, I have started to offer these services to other folks who are in the position I was in, because I know what it was like. I purposely take one for the team and charge much less, and to be affordable. I dont want anyone to suffer through what I had to deal with, so I go out of my way to do these $150 music videos, $15 graphic images, $30 mixes and masters, $25 an hour studio time, $50 photo shoots etc. I want us all to thrive.
