When I was skinny, I was more likely to get maybe a shout from a car/ catcalls. But since being chubby/bigger I have more guys who aggressively pursue me in public. And in more degrading ways. Catcalls, while pathetic, I can shrug off/laugh off. Im not saying theyre okay, because they are NOT, but theyve never made me feel threatened or scared. The men who are aggressive with me, tend to think that because Im overweight, theyre doing me some sort of favor by hitting on me. Because when I turn them down, they usually make some snide remark about my weight. I guess they dont realize that there are plenty of good guys and hot guys (and I mean HOT) that are into plus sized girls. And us chubby girls wont deal with their shit. #yeseverywoman
