When James informed me he wanted to buy an iPad for the business Ill admit I rolled my eyes. I actually figured that for the business was his way of saying he wanted one but didnt want to admit to wanting one. I wasnt sold on the idea at first, everything the iPad could do I could do on my phone. Look up pictures, do research, play games on Facebook... Wait. Forget that last one. I meant talk to my customers on Facebook messenger. Anyway, once we bought it I avoided it a lot. It was easier to have one shared device to do blogging on, instead of worrying if our phones were going to argue with each other and their wordpress posts. But otherwise I wanted nothing to do with it. It was Jamess toy to me. And then we bought our first digital codex. I fell in love with The iPad with that codex. It was awesome to be able to search the codex for the information I wanted. Then we bought a painting guide. It was simply amazing to me, being able to see the steps of painting layer by layer, step by step. It was the purchase of the various painting guides thats really improved my skills over the last year. Despite not being convinced at first, I love having the iPad and my only regret is not getting it sooner.
